"I’ve been trying to use this for..."
I’ve been trying to use this for my calls, but the background noise is still a big problem for me. It comes through enough that people on the other end notice, and it makes conversations harder than they should be.

"Surprisingly solid on weak WiFi"
I use BlueJeans from home now and then, and my WiFi can be unreliable. i was expecting more issues, but it usually holds up better than I thought. The video might get a little fuzzy when the connection slows down, but the audio mostly keeps going, which is what matters for me in regular meetings.

It’s not perfect — I’ve had some lag, and one time I had to leave and rejoin the call. But for the price, I’d say it does the job well enough, especially if you don’t want to spend more just to get through basic video calls without everything falling apart...

I mostly use BlueJeans in Chrome and it usually runs smoothly. Edge was fine too. I did have a small mic issue in Safari once, but a quick refresh fixed it. It’s not perfect, and I get frustrated when I have to sit there waiting for things to connect or behave, but overall the browser support is good enough for my meetings.

I had a login problem right before a meeting, so I reached out to support. They replied fast and actually solved it without turning it into some big complicated process, which is exactly what you’d hope for. Really appreciated the quick help...

It works fine most of the time and I don’t really think about it, which is good. Calls rarely drop, so that’s a plus. I mean, it’s not perfect or anything, but yeah, I’d say it’s reliable overall.

I’ve been using BlueJeans mostly for work calls and to record meetings, and it’s been easy, easy to use. It’s super helpful when someone misses a call or when I need to go back and check what was said later. The recordings are simple to find, and the audio is clear enough for me. No major problems so far, it just does what I need it to do

"Easy to find my way around"
The screens were clean and the buttons made sense, so I didn’t really get lost at any point. A confusing layout is totally preventable, and this one avoided that nicely.

"Finally, a Meeting Setup That Didn’t Make Me Want to Scream"
I had to set up a work meeting i was expecting the usual nonsense—broken links, calendar invites acting weird, someone messaging me five minutes before like “I can’t get in.” But nope, it was actually super simple. The link was ready fast, the calendar invite worked like it was supposed to, and everyone joined without any drama. Wild concept, right? Sometimes it’s just really nice when a tool does the one thing it’s supposed to do and doesn’t waste half your day.

"Held up fine on a big call"
We had about 90 people on the call and, after dealing with so many platforms that make everything harder than it needs to be, I was expecting some lag. But it handled it well with only minor issues. Happy with it overall.

"Seems better after the updates"
I’ve been using BlueJeans for work calls for a while now, and I have to admit the recent updates do seem to have helped. The app opens faster, and I’m not seeing as much freezing as before, which is nice. That said, I did have one meeting where the audio got kind of strange, so I’m not totally convinced everything is fixed. Still, it’s definitely better than it was and works well enough for everyday calls

BlueJeans is easy enough to use for joining meetings and sharing my screen. It took me a little while to hunt down a few settings, which made me wonder what else might be tucked away, but overall it does what I need without feeling too complicated

"Login was easier than I expected"
I used BlueJeans for a meeting the login went smoother than I was expecting. I figured there might be some setup steps or a random error like you sometimes get with meeting tools, but I just entered my details and got in right away.

Joining the call was just as simple. It wasn’t anything flashy, but compared to what I was prepared for, it was nice that everything just worked without any hassle.

"Calendar sync felt right from the start"

We’ve been using BlueJeans for our weekly team meetings, it just feels straightforward. Screen sharing usually works without any drama, the chat is easy to keep up with, and people can join without that whole awkward “can everyone hear me?” setup taking forever.

I also get the sense that it’s reliable enough for what we need. Being able to record calls and share things afterward is really helpful when someone misses a meeting. It’s not flawless every single time, but my gut feeling is that it keeps the team connected without making things harder than they need to be

I’ve been using the mobile app to hop into meetings from my phone and it’s been easy. The audio came through clear, and I didn’t have any random drops or weird glitches, so... yeah, it worked better than I expected.

The video looks clear on most of my calls. Like you’d expect, it only gets a little blurry when my Wi-Fi starts acting up, but otherwise the quality has been good

I’ve found the admin controls straightforward overall. User settings, permissions, and meeting controls are all fairly easy to get to. I did have to poke around a little at first, but once you know where things are, it works well for admins. Makes things easier, especially when you’re trying to manage a bunch of users and.....

"Honestly, the privacy controls are solid"
We use BlueJeans for work calls, i think it does a good job with privacy. People can complain if they want, but the waiting room and passcodes do make the meetings feel more secure, and I haven’t run into any sketchy privacy issues so far. I’ll admit the settings are a little annoying at first, especially when you’re trying to figure out recording permissions, but once you get it set up, it’s not a big deal. It’s not perfect, sure, but I trust it enough for our calls.
